I've been trying to remove the fan clutch off my '04 LLY and can't seem to break it free. I've use a pulley holding tool and just keep sheering or bending the pins. Any suggestions. I have a 4 pin pulley tool on order. Also does any one know if the water pump shaft has right or left handed threads? Thanks.

it has standard (right-hand) threads. Try using an air hammer without too sharp of a chisel. It will take it off instantly. Just don't get too crazy with it. Put it back on the same way, be careful!
