I am going to be purchasing wheels soon but am torn between these 2 designs. The first are the 16x9 Chrome Helo guns $167/each. The second are the 16x8 Polished Panther 359's, which I would have powdercoated with a clear. What do you guys think, I have attached a picture of both. Any experience or photos of either on your trucks?

Chrome Helos would look better on a diesel to me.

Do the Panthers have 5 spokes on a 8 lug wheel as well? Don't think it will look that good with 8 lugs, fitted more for a sport truck but thats just me.

I think I will go for the Helo's!!! Next question is will a 285/75R16 rub on a stock truck with the 9" wheels?
Thanks for the input,
Derek

Yes, they will rub a little. I have Helo Guns 16x9 285 Revo's and had to turn the t-bars 4 turns ...trim the front and zip tied the brake cable also zip tied the fenderwell by the washer bottle (sounds worse than it is).
also the wheel weights (tape) all have to go on the inside and it required alot more weight than I thought...and its very close to the calipers, when I rotated the wheels 3000 miles after installed I found out I had to move the tape weights they were hitting the front calipers.
I wished they offered the Revos in a 285 17 then I would have got the Helos in a 17x9 instead for the caliper clearance. But I am happy with the look. and dont forget to take clips off of the lug studs that hold the roters on at the assemble plant that will make you wheel not sit down all the way and come loose.
let me know if I can be anymore help

If I were you I'd clear those Helo's as well. My chrome Helo Maxx 8's are not holding up well after one winters time. I'm not impressed at all and if you do a little reseach on Helo's you'll find some more folks that concur. I wish I would have went with Welds. I know the price is an issue but consider that at less than two years old I'm looking for new wheels again.
