"Or lower compression stops" Whichever you prefer

Was changing my oil the other day and noticed part of the driver side front bump stop hanging there. Inspected all the other ones and they all appeared to be dry rotted and "hollowed out". Is this common? What can I do about replacements? I would like to put something in that will last awhile or be an upgrade. I do have 130,000 miles on the truck so I guess the stock ones lasted long enough.

well at this point i would assume that you also have stock shocks on it as well?? id say to call up nick at norcal and get some z71 (red compression stops) bumpstops and a set of bilsteins for your truck. you will notice a night and day difference with that upgrade. :D

Your assumption is correct! Started lookin at my shock options.

I notice the same thing when I was doing my oil change about my front bump stops. Time to have those replaced.:D
