Ok this is crazy. When I turn on the parking lights all four headlights come on and the dash left blinker shines bright.. Then when I put on the left blinkers both headlights blink. So after messing around when I take out the left turn signal bulb everything works perfect but the dash bulb still shined dim. So is it a bulb or the headlight switch. I checked all the fuses and they were good.

I'd say it's probably a bad or missing ground somewheres. It sounds like somethings backfeeding in the wiring harness.

I've had my WIF light come on when a ground wire let go in the engine bay. Strange, but once i repaired the ground wire it was fine again.

If something doesn't have a good ground, or has no ground at all the electricity is going to take the easiest path back to ground even if it's through another component.

i've had issues like this with a shorted out bulb that would back feed the system.

If the wires to your blinkers are crossed with the headlight power leads, that could explain the problem. They share almost their entire cable run length, though when both headlights are doing it that implies a common problem instead...

I would also ask if you have a garage helper that enjoys practical jokes :)

Yep the turn signal in the grill is the one. I take out the bulb and the headlights, and side marker work fine. I going to swap out the side marker bulb and check the grounds. Back in March I put in the LMC headlight relay kit and this is the 1st issue ever. I unhooked it and had the same thing.
