I have a 2003 CC short box DMax and I have an Edge Juice w/Attitude, I just ordered the intake, and I am looking for exhaust for it. I pull a 34' gooseneck and it weighs around 14K lbs with everything on it. I also pull a 45' portable bleacher set that weighs just over 14K. I am wondering if I would be ok with a downpipe/back system or a complete turbo back system. Also, what system would work best for my application? Thanks.

We prefer MBRP system for Duramax trucks. for your area, I would recommend getting a stainless system, as they are warrantied for life and will never rust through. Here is the kit I'm talking about

I'm pretty sure no company really offers a complete turbo back system yet. you have to piece them together. I've only seen 3 actual downpipes for the lb7. Mbrp, tts power systems, and one other one I forgot who makes it. The tts is the only 4" one I've seen though

I think Diamond Eye makes a downpipe for LB7's.

I think a downpipe back 4" exhaust kit would work great for you. I recommend MBRP as well. The S6004 series kits are very good. Let me know if you prefer stainless or aluminized and I will get you a great price on it. Just pm me if you have any questions.

Kits labeled down pipe back and turbo-back for the Duramax are the exact same thing. They will both bolt to the bottom of the down pipe. That being said, I suggest looking at MBRP. They have a bunch of different kits and offer them in 3 different material depending on your wants/needs. Our most popular kit is the 4" stainless kit S6004409 followed by the 4" aluminized kit S6004AL or S6004P. We have them all on our site and have a promotion going on them right now.
