I wanted to post up and let everyone know about the additions that have been made in our customer service department. Alligator Performance has grown beyond just me answering the phone for sales, service and technical calls. What many of you may not know is, we've added 1 guy who's sole purpose is customer service, we've added 2 salesman to take calls so the wait time has been cut by more than half, and we've also added another person to the accounting/customer service department to further expedite refunds, cores and order tracking.

I want to convey to each and every one of you, your needs are our # 1 priority, and being a person who likes to have his hand in everything, I have to realize that I can't do everything and need to delegate so the YOUR expectations are fully met.
