Crazy... your thread hasn't even been up for less then a day.... This isn't the chat room!

Line sizes up top I believe are 1/4". There is one line that goes to the fuel filter manager to the Injection Pump. And one line going from the fuel filter manager to the water drain valve.

The leak can be coming from any of those lines or the connections... It can also be coming from the fuel filter heater or the seal on the top of the filter.... All depends, You'll have to get in there and look...

Aside the fuel supply hose and the drain hose, there is a return line hose and pre filter hose (all in the valley).
Fuel Could be coming from the weep hole dead center underneath the IP mounting flange if the input shaft inner seal leaks as well.

Check the simple ones first like the hoses. This is old truck, chances are those hoses may be cracked as suggested by Green.

when you replace the hoses, you can with out removing manifold. Add a Tee fitting at the input to injection pump or output of fuel filter for a fuel pressure gauge.
