Please bear with me if this is addressed in some FAQ somewhere (I can't find it.). Since my Tahoe has aftermarket 33" tires, I am looking for a way of recalibrating the speedo to read correctly. Does anyone have a method for doing this? If so, would you be so kind as to share it with me?
Sincerely,
Rob :)

Are sure the speedometer is off? Reason I asked is I'm running BFG 285/75/R16 which are close to a 33" tire. When I pass some of those road side radar thing (speed limit 55 your going ????) I test mine. So far if it says 55 look at the speedometer and I'm going 55. Also I'll speed up as I go by and it still matchs each other as far as speed?

You need to tweek the VSSB - vehicle speed sensor ??? It can be done. Invovles a little resoldering. If I think about it tonight, or have time, I have a couple of charts and a write-up on how it's done.
