Where are you located? I'd offer them less, but thats not a bad price. 2wd Duramaxes suck on anything other than concrete.

You have read up on the injector issue right?

I'd also make sure it doesn't have Cali/Fleet emissions, as the egr system is crap and the only way to fix it is to turn it off with custom tuning. Easiest way to check is to look and see if it has a catalytic convertor (if it has the stock exhaust). Other way is to look under the hood, on the passenger side and look for a long shiny cylinder on top of the engine.
