At almost every bump or dip in the road, I will get a, higher pitch, squeak noise coming from the rear of the truck, I think. I have had the front shocks replaced and they also performed the front insulator bulletin. I test drove it with the tech yesterday and he thinks it might be my rear springs were the plastic tabs are on the end. When I got home I lubed them up and the noise is still there. I told him that I thought they were the rear shocks, but he said those shocks hardly ever go bad, -:t

Any ideas for a squeak free ride?
Thanks Brian

I would try the shocks. If one is bent just slightly that will cause what you are hearing. There are several threads about the shocks look in Ask the Techs.

Had a bad noise from the rear springs on my old 01. Dealer installed some rubber caps over the end of the load spring and the problem went away. About a 5 minute install.

I had a bad squeek from back there on my '01. It was a bad u-joint, all the grease was gone and lots of rust in the needle bearings.

It sounds like yours is suspension related.
