I have an AFE Stage-2 intake that was on my truck when I bought it. I'm considering replacing it with the Banks intake (w/out the scoop for now). The AFE system is open and exposes the filter to the heat in the engine bay and the Banks doesn't. I can sell the AFE for a couple hundred bucks and I will have to come up with about $200 to buy the Banks. Is it worth the $200 to have the Banks system that encloses filter? Not sure if I'm interested in the S&B intake or not.

I just switched from the AFE to Banks and like the banks better because it is enclosed.

Banks or S&B gets my vote.
