My Situation:

As you can see below Ive got the predator. I run it on the 85hp setting for the majority of time. Ive been following the recent discussions on predator issues and plan to get all updates as soon as they are available. Since day one, stock, Ive thought my truck might've been a hair underpowered. Stock I got 214.5 hp and 375.07 torque on a dynojet. I havent dynoed it with the predator but have run it at the track and the best Ive done is 14.9 in the 1/4. Both stock and with the predator I feel like my boost is too low. Pegged I can just barely squeek out 25 lbs of boost and going up hills I can tap 1200 degrees if I want to but hit 1100 to 1150 even when I dont want to. Ive got a 5" straight pipe and cant imagine what the temps may be had I a 3.5" or 4" system. Does anyone think there could be something wrong and if so what? :help:

14.9 ET on 85HP is about correct.

Not sure about how much boost the 85 tune makes though.

i also run the 85 tune most of the time and see 22-28 lbs boost at wot. cruzing i see mabey 3-6 lbs , at (60-70 mph) . egts are high , ill give you that, ive seen 1480 allready , in a mid to long wot run , almost always seeing 1100 - 1250 temps pulling out in traffic and such, the tunner needs work , but if you have gauges you can drive it like you stole it ........

I also run the 85 setting and everything looks normal to me. The highest boost I've seen is 24.

Not sure about boost, and I'm running a 2500 cc/sb. On 85hp predator, I ran a..... have to look in the file ...14.65@92mph. Pretty scarey when the D-Max performance folder is bigger than the '05 family/house expenses file.:eek:

I run hotter boxes so my input may be irrelevant, but your Egts may not be that high. EGTS will vary depending on what you call hills and how much throttle your giving.
I see 1300° plus going up some hills and with hammer down I have seen 1500° +.
My boost should have no relation to yours (per mod difference), but FTR, I just added a boost guage and now know my boost max is 29.5.
