I am looking for seat covers for my New 2010 2500HD Duramax Crew Cab that has captains chairs in the front and the split bench in the rear. The seats are the light gray/ beigh color now and they will be black in no time if i Dont cover then with some type of custom covers. I want the covers that fit tight and are not baggy.

Any suggestions?

What do you guys think about the Idea of buying NEW fabric for the seats that would be factory?

I can see seat covers once the original seats are worn. Just can't see covering the seats on a new vehicles and then selling it later on and the 2nd owner gets to enjoy new seats. If I'm filthy I carry a couple of 4 dollar Mexican blankets I can toss over the seat/s until I get cleaned up a bit.

Make sure you follow the washing directions for setting the dye, because they will bleed if you don't. Also if you don't always use cold water they will shrink and then be more than a bitch to put on.

I found on the front ones if you move the seat all the way forward you will have enough room to get your hand under there to tighten up the strap.

I do like mine - they are quite durable, and reasonably easy to put on and take off, and they clean up fairly well in the washing machine.

I'm not familiar with the Cabela's ones, but the Marathon ones worked like a champ in my Yukon! Fit perfect and were durable as can be. Good luck with them.
