Who knows where to buy wheel adapter's for 22.5 - 24.5" rims

I can get the wheels and tires here in St Louis all I need are the adapter's

There is No Way I would use any thing like that on my truck. What supports the rim to the hub? Looks like 8 cheesy little tabs. It doesn't look like a very safe set up. It is something they would use on pimp my ride to make a clown truck.

Those adapters work fine. There are dozens of truck running the 22.5"s down here and I have not heard of anyone having a problem with the adapters failing.

FL i agree lots of trucks running the adapters. Future buyers be warned there are some cheap ones as well that arent hub centric adapters to start and those will come loose if not torqued and the retorqued after 25-50 mile.
