lramos 07-11-2005, 03:47 PM I get the message "battery not charging" on the DIC during the inital start of the day and I get it periodically during the day. every once in a while the time on the radio will reset. I took it in 2 weeks ago and the dealer replaced the ECU.....but I'm still getting the message ....any sugestions Max Power 07-11-2005, 03:50 PM I think there was a problem with one of the later flashes that was causing this. NUDIESEL 07-11-2005, 04:24 PM I get the Battery Not charing message during start ups once in awhile only noticed after I hooked up the brake controller and after I put the fuse in Lug # 1 Dom C 07-13-2005, 10:33 PM That happened to me when it was very cold outside (January in the New Jersey). Someone replied that that I may need an updated flash, another replied that it was due to the the bitter cold and the battery not getting a decent charge immdiately when the engine started. It only happened a few time in the bitter cold, for a few seconds at most. Never got a new flash, and the DIC hasn't indicated that for quite some time now. Dom 05 D/A ZR1160 09-29-2005, 07:04 AM Had my 05 into the dealer for a recall and while it was there they updated the software, I removed the Predator before I droped my truck off, after I reinstalled the Predator, the DIC states Battery not charging, Its not that cold here yet, and the volt meter is staying strong, Drove around with the high beams on the stereo cranks try to see if the headlights would dim, everything is fine, so something is confused, including me:confused: | ||
