Hello all, getting my first diesel today and will have a few questions when I get it home, main thing now is...
I found a '96 GMC Crew Cab, longbed, dually 3500 HD, 5 spd, 4x4,
With the 6.5 TD and only 108k miles.
My question is are there any normal things to do with this motor other than the oil and filter changes
after getting it home that I can do off the bat? i.e... Gas motor gets cap, rotor, plugs , and wires, and so forth. what all does this motor typically need to get it running good and strong mods and routine and what is the power, and specs for this setup?
Sorry i'm not on too much anymore, been working 7-12hour days.. I will reply when I can get time to logon and not falling over the bed asleep...
