I have ordered a conversion kit to convert my manual truck camper jacks (4 of them, one power head on each jack)to electric. Wondered if the truck camper wiring harness has enough power available or should I go directly to the battery or the positive terminal access point under the hood and add an inline fuse?? I have a 40 amp fuse in my truck camper hookup(replaced the dummy stud in the fuse box to energize the factory prewired camper hookup). Any advice appreciated. thanks.

ps- i have the 2 battery system

As long as you only run one at a time you should be fine. Do you know how much draw they are each?

Max, don't have the draw per motor available. The system is capable of using 1, 2 or 4 Jacks at once. It would really be necessary to use them all together or at least 2 at a time to get the benefit out of having the electric jacks. I will see if I can find the draw anywhere. The kit is from Rieco-Titan if anyone is familiar with the electrical specs on the unit and can supply them to us. thanks again.
