hey guys, new guy with an '05 LLY. love this truck so far and took it on a road trip this past weekend and almost made it home before i hit a speed bump. i pulled out of a gas station and got on it a little bit and it hesitated and the engine light came on. i stopped and got the codes read. one is P1093 and says the fuel rail pressure is low during power enrichment. the other i cant remember the code but it said something along the lines of transmission control module had emissions issues.

it's at the dealership now getting looked at but any help on here from the pros would be great! thanks!

I agree check your filter.have you been getting fuel from high volume stations (truckstops) or just local stations?

thanks! it was the filter.

i've been getting gas at the local fill up stations but i read about getting it from the high flow pumps, that makes sense. I've only had it for about 1000 miles, but i'll make this change for sure.

thanks again guys.

I do hope you mean DIESEL.......:eek::eek:

You need to get in the habit of NOT saying Gas when referring to these trucks....... Call it Diesel or Fuel........ It could lead to a BAD mistake later otherwise......

When you do buy fuel look for fuel filters on the fuel pumps themselves.I noticed your from the DE area. There are several high volume stations around the DE area that have these style pumps-most are truckstops
