any one know if this hookup is seperate from the trucks tail
lights? does it have seperate fuses. having trouble withmine.
no matter what trailor im am hooked to, cannot get a stop or signal
to work on the pass side but the trucks lights work ok.

Check the fuses. They are seperate. There are some under the hood and some on the drivers side of the dash. Look in the owners manual.

Also check the flasher. Last week I had a similar problem - all truck lights worked & my trailer lights worked except for my driver side trailer brake (even though the driver side trailer turn signal worked). I took it into the dealer since it was still under warranty & they found all the fuses ok but the flasher was bad.

The flasher is part of a Module.
