I am curious, is anyone with a ZF manual experiencing overheating like some others in the LLY thread?

Well, I haven't yet. I run about 210 all the time when towing. Of course I'm only pulling around 5500 Lbs. I was also wondering this same question. Seems like all the stories on the thread are automatics.

I assume you mean overheating the engine? No problems here.

You cant overheat a Manual tranny, The only thing you have to worry about is the clutch (not slipping) Manuals are bullet proof. So no need to worry about yours.

He mean't was anyone experiencing the engine overheating problem that they are discussing in the other thread. It seems all those guys have the auto tranny. He wasn't talking about the tranny overheating. That was what I assumed anyway.

If you think a ZF will not overheat put a gauge on it and go get a pair of clean underware
