Does anyone know if you can reset the transmission or do the fast trans re-learn with EFI Live? The reason I ask is I will be switching to EFI from the PPE tuners and was hoping to be able to keep this feature for whenever I would need it.

you can click reset TAPS right before flashing... then do your relearn

Yes, there is a section in the scan tool to reset taps, fast learn, etc.
