Thanks for supporting us. No special instructions, just get the cheap AC/Fuel line removal tools at NAPA. You will need to bleed the fuel system at the factory filter head, and also remember to fill the AD filters up before trying to prime the system.

I installed the PPE fuel pick up and ran a 5/8 fuel line from the tank to the airdog. At the same time I installed the airdog. I also installed the airdog backwards, so the fuel line would be a straight shot. Pics in garage.

The fuse box under the hood.

Just did AD 165 yesterday. Get the Lisle brand quick disconnects from Sears or similar. 1/2" and 3/8" are the 2 you'll use. I took the 2 bolts out of the fuel cooler and let it hang down and it was easier to get to the big 1/2" fuel line on top/front of the tank. The 3/8" fuel cooler return line was real easy.
My instructions said there was only 1 retainer pin when in fact there are to. The big one will go on the 1/2 fitting that you installed on the male end of quick disconnect. It's obvious, but the direstions won't show it.
The smaller one goes on the "tee" you install at the fuel cooler. When facing the rear of the truck while under the truck, the line you need off the fuel cooler is on the left...at least my '06 was.

Electrical was easy. I hooked the black ring to neg. on the battery and red ring to positive. I used the passenger side battery to get rid of some cable. The piggyback fused connection I put in the cab fuse box, there was an accesosry fuse in there.
Buy more wire ties than they give you to make it all nice and neat. Bleed it as per instructions, fire it up and check for leaks!
Good luck!
