I'll be ordering new rims in the next week or two. Has anyone had their polished rims powder coated with clear? How did the coating hold up? How much $ did it cost to get them coated? Just wondering if I'd be better off dropping the extra coin to get chromed wheels, or if the powder coating would work just the same. Also, I like the industrial look of the Weld Super Single II's but I can only find them in a polished finish. The set of SSII's I have on my '89 require polishing at least once every 2-3 months (yes my truck sees mud, snow, dirt... and my new one will too).
