Last night i installed a Green airfilter along with the juice and no cat exhaust well i took it for a ride and i started coughing when i needed to shift hard on lvl4 or any for that matter. So i tried to troubleshoot it, i unplugged the MAF and it hauled a$$! so i cleaned the MAF with starting fluid and reinstalled it... truck still did it. Unplugged it and ran good. Is the stock MAF not enough or did mine go bad? Did or is this a common problem of a bad MAF? when it hiccups it kinda sounds like turbo bark. Another ? does the maf unplugged have anything to do with the fan not comming on? Is there any good after market MAF?

mine barked at first when I installed the edge, but after it learned and adjusted it hasn't done it since. Your truck has to adjust to the new power levels, give it time to do this before you stomp on it- don't want to break anything.
also make sure you have the latest updates to your truck computer from the dealer.
you may also have to look into an EGR blocker plate and finget stick.. just search for those.
there are no aftermarket MAF's for our trucks yet.. that I know of. Grannetelli had one for the 2001 models, but all the later ones don't work with it.

did you figure this out? did you try cleaning your MAF? one of the signs of a clogged sensor is you can unplug it and it runs fine..any aftermarket filters??

i seen my juice was a version 1.0... i think it is a fluke thing that i just put the filter on when it started, im gonna get my juice updated. the juice is up to version 1.2 now and the last rev was for turbo bark.
