Had my injectors replaced under warrenty about two weeks ago. Mileage 72685. - white smoke on idle.

First trip out pulling my travel trailer (9200lbs loaded) over Memorial weekend. Going up into the hills outside of Colorado Springs to camp - no problems although it seamed to have less power but I attributed that to all my "stuff".

Coming back home through the Springs it started pushing out black smoke when ever I would get on the pedal. Loss of power and going up Monument Hill the amount of smoke was ridicules. Pulled over - oil looked good.

Limped home after all kinds of looks and one finger salutes . . .
Took the truck in to where I had the injectors replaced, hoping that is the issue so they can fix it on their dime.

We are from ssame neck of woods. I am from Colorado Springs and am just starting with the same process. I am makeing oil and the engine lite is on. Just changed oil and allready show overfill of oil. Am going in to have it analyzed today. After seeing the problems with the lb7 I am trying to educate myself on these maters. Would like to stay in contact and pick your brain along the way. Probably will contact you after I have the scan done to see if it reads that I have injector problems. I would appreciate any information you may give me.
Thanks. will bein touch.

Yours issue would be injectors, find out what the code/problem, making oil would be a injector issue for the most part, I would suspect a crack body or something.
