This is a known issue with the LLY series of trucks. And supposedly not an issue with the LBZ/LMM series...well guess again...I just happen to have a fair bit more mileage than most..that may be a tell tale sign..??
# 7 Injector (back side passenger bank)
This, a day after I got a P0336 Crankshaft Postion sensor.

Ok: Bit of an update and a question to someone way more knowledgeable than me.
Truck is still running rough. Ice picked completely as per DIY. I figure this: I can clear the code with the Banks..engine runs normally. Take it on the road and once up to speed..starts to buck and miss...then ecm/ficm (if there is one), finally limps that cylinder/injector. So there must be electrical connectivity..but just not 100% connectivity or it would never run smooth right..?? it would then run as if limped all the time.
As such, I am going to get come contact cleaner and attempt to obliterate anything within both the connector and the receptacle...we shall see. Am also going to check harness. LLY guys report that the harness is tie wrapped to the Alternator. (Quality GM work eh..??) and at times the harness can chafe.
BTW: Is there an FICM on the LBZ and up series of motors..or has that function been assigned to the ECM..?? If there is one on an LBZ, I would like to know what to look for and where it might be..??
I need some help here guys...any and all suggestions will taken graciously. This is my work truck/sales office and It is desperately needed.
Thanx,
Theo

Well..I got er figured out. Problem was an electronic issue. After completely replacing the # 7 pig tail and installing new pigtail - soldered, insulated etc. Took it for a test drive really hoping it was the the issue and that it was now fixed. Well of course the code comes back.
Then I had it suggested to remove all the Banks 6 gun PDA stuff and to go back to bone stock.....hmm good idea..eliminate anything that might cause issues.
Doesn't the truck run like a champ. No codes whatsoever.! It was the Banks software that was corrupted, sending false codes. piss me off.. but mighty glad to know the issue.! I'll re-set Banks (clear memeory of corrupted info), and carry on..significantly wiser... albeit out a $100 note for the injector pigtail. no biggy..better than a week at the Dealer.

I just came across this thread while searching and I felt obligated to post. My 06 LBZ has 100k miles on it, and recently it has started throwing a similar code - P2152.
Basically it has done this three times in two weeks. Once while going down the highway cruising and twice while sitting in the driveway idling. SES light comes on, idle gets rough, power is gone, shifts are wierd, etc. All I have to do is clear the code and then it runs perfectly again.
I did a bunch of research and apparently back in 2006 there was a TSB regarding this very concern. It says that the ECM calibration is the culprit and that the dealer is supposed to flash in an updated calibration to correct the problem.
I do have a modified ECM calibration, but I've been running it for six months with no problems, so it makes me wonder WTF. Why would it suddenly start causing trouble? I suppose the calibration could get corrupted or something, but then why would it work fine for a week after simply clearing the trouble code once? If the calibration was bad I would think the problem would be much more apparent.
ANYBODY ELSE??
