I bought this 2008, it has a lift and bigger tires. The old customer did not put sensors on the new rims, i just did but still get the error. I have a xcelerator hot+2 tuner and it says nothing about the air pressure adjustment. Any advice on how to get rid of code error.

Your tuner will not control the tire pressures at all. The tire pressure issue is with the sensors in the wheels and your truck. Are you getting a DIC message to check tire pressure with a yellow "flat tire" picture? Or are you getting something else? Did you go through the process to relearn the position of the tires after putting the sensors back in? It's in the owner's manual. Chris

If you wanna run lower than stock tire aire pressure, you'll have to pay a dealer to set the PSI lower in the TPMS module within the truck.

I have had 3 different dealers perform that service for me. Expect to pay 1 hour of shop rate, unless they really like you.
