I racked my brain for a long time over this...
I put 285/75-16 BFG ATs on the truck, and they rubbed... I trimmed the plastic where I could, but they still rubbed on the right side when turning...
The truck also looked a bit azz high... and the stock shocks were always poop.
The truck has 7500 miles on it.

I was going to do the Cognito 2-3" leveler...
But I went and talked to a local allignment guy who suggested just turning the T Bars 1 to 1.5" and see what that gets me...
I ordered the Bilstiens from John at DPPS and had the shop do the adjustments today...
The tech said he went up 1.25". It seems like it's higher than that, but whatever works, right...
What a difference!
The truck rides better, no more marshmellow front end, and no more hopping rear.
No more rubbing..
nad the truck looks a whole lot better.

Total cost was $500 for the shocks, 2 day shipping, labor, and allignment..

Here's two pics I just took.

My tbars are also cranked but I don't know how much. Could you go and measure the height to the center of the fender well to the ground. Mine sits 40 1/2 with stock 245's. Just measure from the outside of the fender wells. Thanks

Tim, That looks good.
I had the same scenario as you with the marshmellow effect frontend and mine is a 2x4. The Bilstiens on all 4 corners sure helped out on my truck. Now I'm thinking should I do the "T" bars too level out the truck.

Great lookin truck, I like the white letters on the outside also. Blackwalls can look too plain sometimes.

Tamale wanted some measurements..

tires are 285/75-16 BFG ATs, stock wheels...
All measurements from underside of fender flare, center of fenderwell directly above the hub.
9" to tread block on outside of tire.
24 3/4 to the center of the hub.

You'll be more concerned with the 24 3/4 since you run a different size tire...

I think what he was looking for was the distance from the ground to the bottom of the fenderwell - inline with the center of the wheel. Should be around 40+ inches.

That's right #9..
40.5"

Tamale, your bars must be cranked all the way in if your truck is at 40.5 on 245s...
My guy told me there was a little more to go, but I didn't want the suspension to top out all the time...He said there was probably room for another 1/2". Does yours top out??????
