I don't have a turbo on my 6.2, but I think it would probably be nice to have more power.
Considering I know absolutely nothing about turbos:(, does this have everything I want (besides gaskets)? (and I don't really have alot of cash either.)

hard to say, doesn't list all the parts. you need both exhaust manifolds, exhaust crossover, intake, plenum, fuel pump block off with turbo oil dump
then you'll need to build new exhaust

So it could get real expensive past the initial chunk just to get enough parts to make it work... :( I think I might have to wait then, I can't swing several open cost projects at once... stupid house repairs.

you don't know what is included untill you ask. i got a comlete kit for mine off here for 300. then i got a turbo downpipe for exhaust and short 6.5 injectors. mine had a gm3 turbo, the gm7 here is better

I also have a '82 coarse thread block, well pretty sure its coarse thread, don't have the parts to put it back after I pull it. I've not asked at the local autoparts if they have the ... ring seal thingie-ma-bob (I guess I don't even know what I need) for putting the injector back in. I just know I'm supposed to replace whatever it is if I pull it.
