I replaced my box model 80 filter with a primary filter head from an 83 but not the secondary filter (wasn't on the junker) I'm running just the primary filter now. Bad ... I know. I have a pump station filter that filters down to 10 micron with the water sep. but the gasket doesn't match up to the head.
Is there an adapter that can make this work?
Or an adapter to fit a 1"-14 thread filter onto a 1"-12 thread filter Head?
My searchs keep coming up with oil filter adapters.

why couldnt u use and oil filter adapter? or is that not a good thing to do its justr an adapter right? something to ask about maybe you could

the oil adapters were to install oil coolers or to change the engine mounted element to spin on.
