I'm pulling about 20,000 lbs Horse Trailer and running hot.

I have Juice w/Attitude. It will run at 230-235 in stock pulling up hill or in the wind.

EGT's are under 1350.

Looking for an air filter other than the stock one nobody carries seems to carry.

Will an exhaust system help?

You might want to check in the Medium Duty forum (for Topkicks).

You are probably over GCW and your pushing the truck beyond design limits. More hp=more heat.

The airfilter is huge on the 4500/5500s, the exhaust is 4" from the factory on my 4x4 5500 and is really short.

Are your temps ok with out the box?

230 - 235 is in the upper areas but by no means can that be stated as running "hot"
