My brother in law is looking for a 'new' truck. He currently has an 02 LBZ 2500 HD Crew Cab, but wants a dually. He drove past this truck this week and wants it. I told him he could get it for less, but he doesn't think so. I told him try for 33k.

It's a little high, but not much. These trucks are selling high this year. I would offer 37-38, but expect him not to budge.

40 is too high, 33-35 would be a fair price.

Well that is almost the exact same as mine except mine is 2500 and I have the rear window slider. My county personal property tax is valued at 34,000 for this year so that would be where my starting price of 35-36 k to offer and see what sticks.

If that truck is like mine, he will be very happy with it.

I paid 32K for mine had a few extras and it is a 2007.5 almost 4 months ago when the GM plants were shut down and people were asking a lot for DA.

40 is too high, 33-35 would be a fair price.
