Looks like you just need to transfer the part the shifter linkage hooks to form your old trans onto your new trans.....

so that part should transfer over with out any problem? i have a guy doing the work for me and he showed me a part that hooks up to the old shifter and it had a plug for an electrical connection.
what should i do about the t-case, mine is shot and this one is a bit bigger because it has the hook up for a pto.

Everything SHOULD transfer over without any problem..........
If yours is shot and that one will bolt up and line up with everything... run it..... Can't tell ya if it will work from lookin at the pics....... just have to check it out and see...

the only thing is that the new t-case is a bit bigger than mine, and i have a slip yoke on the old trans and a u-yoke (i think that's what its called) on the new one.

Measure overall trans/transfer case length to the furthest edge of the bolt on yoke on the new setup... then take your drivershaft and put it in the old transfer case and measure overall length to the center of the universal joint. If the number is the same you might be able to pull the yoke off of the driveshaft and bolt the universal joint right to the transfer case if you pick up a set of u-joint retainers and bolts you might be in business.
The manual shift lever should be interchangeable or you might have to change the whole lever/detent spring setup. Either way it's a pretty easy swap with both transmissions out of the vehicle and the pan off. If you have to change the whole assembly, make sure you note the position of the parking pawl spring and also note that the pin reatining the shift shaft does not seat completely, it sticks up about .250" when it's fully seated. You'll see what I'm talking about when you remove the pan. Take good digital photos before you take anything apart.
