What is the cheapest you have found OE GM tow mirrors? Also if I buy the ones with a turn signal, will they plug and play.

If i buy the dual arm OE mirrors with signals and power adjustment, is there a wire harness I can tap into on the truck to make the signals work? I'm hoping that it is there and just not used?
