When and only when I turn my tires hard right I hear a ticking noise like a rock is in the front left tire? I have had a few people listen at it with no real answer. Sounds like it is coming from within the wheel itself.

Check your wheel bearing.
Mine went out at 55K and 76K Miles respectively

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll get that done ASAP. Am I hurting anything while driving until I get it fixed?

No, once the unit bearing is making noise it is TOAST.
Be prepared, the Sealed unit runs appx 275.00 CDN + appx 2 hours shop labour

When it starts getting noisy all the time, get it in FAST! Sometimes a retorque will get another 10K miles out of it, but if you are into it that far... you may as well just replace it.

If you have a couple tools it is pretty easy to do it yourself.
