I am installing some guages and am looking for ideas for a good place to put the coolant temp sensor. I have done some searching on site and looking over the motor. Since the rear cylinders on the pass side run the hottest I am prefering to locate it somewhere there if possible. I have located the plug on the pass side head that cooresponds to the gauge temp sender that's on the drivers side head. But, tough location to access between the turbo downpipe, the header, and the firewall.

Does anybody know of a thicker, threaded plate that will replace the cover plate on the rear of the head?This plate cooresponds to the mounting point of the crossover on the front of the head. Wondering if this spot is a possibility.

I am a recent convert to the 6.2/6.5 motors and still have a lot to learn about the physical characteristics of the motor so your ideas would be appreciated.
