My Tbars are cranked all the way I think (truck measures 40 1/2 to center of fender) and I want to crank them down 1 crank..maybe 2. Will I need to get another alignment? Do I have to jack the truck up to loosen the torsion bars? Will it improve my ride much? Will Bilstien shocks work if they truck has the Tbars cranked? IS that enough questions for one day?

Indeed. Also what size tires are they cranked to clear? If they are too big you might not be able to lower it much.
