Does anyone know if you can get through emissions here with the cat off and plate in? I figured I could run the stock tune with the egr override on so the sevice light stays off. I guess all they do is make you hit the rev limiter 3 times. My buddy found a place that doesn't mirror for the cat. I don't know the levels they check for on these trucks.

They do check for a cat in place, other then that the hook up
up to the exhaust and you floor 3 times in row and that's it.
I passed with my egr disabled, vacuum pump missing and
a 40 horse tune installed.

Cool. I just really don't want to remove and replace the plate!

Or, you could do what I did, move to a zip code that is emissions exempt :D

on my 04.5 Dodge i have Edge Juice With Attitude (on Stock Setting) 5" Turbo back NO MUFFLER NO CAT to a 6" single stack with afe stage 2 intake, didnt change fuel filter in over 10k miles, passed no problem went to the emission place on greenfield and mckellips.
i know its not a chevy but still even with out everything it still passed
