I recently purchased an 05 Sierra EC/SB and had owned an 02 Sierra CC/SB. The extended cab rides significantly worse than the CC and I instantly noticed that the front end just kind of wallows up and down over bumps. The ride and handling are on the edge of being dangerous. The shocks aren't leaking but maybe they are defective. Has anyone experienced something similiar when going from an 02 or earlier to the newer trucks? I bet that GM cheapened the shocks just like they removed the cabin filter, body side mouldings (4 total), mirror caps, etc. Having to change shocks with no miles is a joke. And then there's the windshield that mysteriously developed a foot long crack in it while sitting in my driveway. GM went to Guardian as a glass supplier. Garbage! I want my money back!
