Need some help, Starting last saturday My truck has been runing a little rough mostly at an idle but at WOT the truck starts skipping when held there for a while. Then starting last wednesday the truck started stalling when it stalls it usually takes about 5 minuts or so before it will start even trying to fire then when it does start it runs like crap. Every once in a while the truck will just bog way down for a second or two then come back to life. I just replaced the lift pump and the fuel filter and still does the same thing. Looked at it yesterday and the PMD cooler gets really hot to the touch is this normal? Does the PMD get that hot? Another thing is when I got the truck I went ahead and put the PMD cooler on but the wires going to the PMD looke like they have been spliced into at one time I saw where there was more than one of each color wire and I figure its possible that theese wires may have gotten mixed up Could this have caused the PMD to go out? Or do all of the wires the same color go to the same thing? IS there a diagram anywhere to show where all these wires go? -:t

Are you sure the lift pump is working?

If the PMD wires were wrong the truck wouldn't run.
At idle open the airbleed on the fuel filter. if you're not flowing fuel, the OPS is not powering the LP. If all that's working, try a new PMD.
