Just got a set of APC Retro 3D taillights from e-bay. Problem is I can't get them to work. When I plug them in the lamp out light stays on during every light function. Also when I turn on the headlights the back-up lights come on as well. Anybody else have these? Any Ideas?

are they using the factory taillight board?

No they don't. They have a new harness with a diode in the circuit to account for only using 1 bulb for tail/signal/and stop. Guess they're wired wrong from the factory.
