Is there a way to level a 2005 crew cab without cranking up the torsion bars.All I want do is level the truck not lift the whole thing.I asked the dealer and they said cracking up the bars would take it out of warranty....:help:

Turning up the torsion bars will not take it out of warranty. You will need to find another dealer to work on your truck if that is the care.

If a dealer tells you that cranking the bars will void the warranty, you should find another dealer (unless you don't get the front realigned and it causes premature wear). As for leveling the truck, Cognito makes a leveling kit, but a couple members have had problems with the A-arms fitting the stock brackets. Just scroll back through the Suspension Forum and do some reading. You'll find out everything you wanted to know, and then some...
