OK I just my DMax 2 weeks ago.. It's a 2002 2500 HD... I am taking it to the shop for some "Tuning" Tomorrow... I want them to change the fluids, Trans Fluid,Tranny Filter, Gas Filer, Oil, ect... I am just wondering how often this should be done... The truck has 75K miles on it, and I just drove it across the country... Runs Great No Problems, but we are doing some Upgrades tomorrow and I just want to make sure that everything is in tip top shape... So any help would be great on when to change these and any other fliuds, as well as if they are necessary (Tranns Fluid)...

Might a little bit of a surpise when you get the bill for the fluids and filter work. Fuel filter alone is reported by many to be $100+

WOW.... You are Right...LOL But I knew it was going to be expensive... Might have to get a Quote before I tell them to go through all that... Worse part is it's at the Dealership....:cool: But that is where the best Custom Shop in my Area is... So... What can ya do... Whatever it is, if it helps keep the truck running great it'll be worth it...

If you search around on this site, you can learn how to easily do all of the things you mentioned, & save a pile of money.
