I have an 03 lb7 4x4 keep bending stock tie rods. Looking at putting aftermarket tie rods and stiffing up the stearing system. Any brands or kit information would be appreciated.

Take a look at DMAXStore. They have a few brands including cognito and fabtech but they also cary Rare parts Xtreme duty tie rods and now they have an inhouse tie rod thats supposed to be top notch.

There have been some recent threads about cognitos wearing out quickly and often the cognito sway bar end links are needed to make their tie rods fit with out binding.

EXAXT! Here's the link. Look at the steering section and then click the PDF installation instructions to see more on how they are installed.

IMO everything in the front of our trucks is a weak point but next thing you will want to address is the idler and pitman arms. You can either get braces to patch the problem or you could go all the way with a straight centerlink like the kit from EXAXT.
