I have a 82 Jimmy with a 97 6.5 in it. I put a Banks turbo on it and now about 120k miles later I think I have a plugged injector. What's the difference between the Bosch 972'3 and 973's?

First off, what makes you think you have a 'plugged' injector?

If anything its hung open, and you would have knock with white smoke.
If it were 'plugged' (very rare) you are in danger of siezing the injection pump.

Lotsa white smoke even after warmed up, I did say plugged. I went ahead and swapped the injectors out. It runs alot better now. I did find one bad glow plug, I know this would only affect starting. Thanks for the responce.
