So I may have narrowed things down to possibly a faulty APP. I found a '98 Chev Express with a 6.5 and I am curious to see if an APP from a '98 Chev Express with a 6.5 would work with my application '95 Turbo Diesel?

Look them on rock auto see if the part #'s are the same

The 94 2500 same # as my 98 1500

Checked out RockAuto and the part numbers are different. Appears that the mounting bracket itself is the only difference. I think I may be able to take the modules and switch them over. Will have to try it out.

I have done all tests as shown on this thread in regards to the APP which is leading me to believe the APP is faulty

You could just plug the APP from the van in first, run the test before changing the the bracket.
