Just out of curiosity, is there such thing as a Chevy to GMC front end swap? Yeah, I know, if I wanted a GMC front end, I should have bought a GMC. But hind-sight is always 20/20.

Hmmmm....front clip off another HD should do it. From looking at mine, I think you could use the fenders, hood and grill off a 1/2 ton also, but you'll have to find the bumper/spacer/lower valance off an HD.

I think the door and body lines are the same Chevy to GMC.

I remember someone posting the fact that the difference between ordering a GMC and a chevy is just when you get a chevy there's a front end option code for the chevy. They pretty much come off the same line and are identical trucks so it shouldn't be much of a problem, you just have to find all the right pieces.

That's in the "Bose" thread in Audio. I did notice that as an option when I was looking at Chevy option codes....

Best bet for that is your local body shop or your dealer. I would love to have a picture of their  looks when you tell them why you need the part numbers.
