LT3617 04-25-2010, 10:10 PM I have a 1995 6.5 turbo just replaced injection pump injectors and turbo.now i have a fuel knock. did not have it set with computer yet but when it first started it run fine. After about a half hour developed this knock. Cracked 5 of the injector lines i could get to and they all missed like they should but the knock is still there might be one if the others. any ideas thanks lew primo382 04-27-2010, 12:23 PM welcome! Pump timing is pretty critical. The pump timing is advanced 6 degrees on cold start then when it warms up the timing is retarded. The knock could be a result of the timing being too far retarded once it gets up to temp.
