Greetings... I have a 2004 2500HD CC 4x4 6.0L and I have yet to find the location of the fuel filter. I have previously owned a '97 and '00 Silverado 4x4's with the 5.7L & 5.3L engines respectively and the fuel filters were located in the same place (driver side, frame mounted).

Any help will be appreciated....... Thanks :confused:

IIRC you have a modular unit in the fuel tank. Contains pump, regulator,sending unit, and filter. You change the whole thing. Requires tank drop. I think it has a high mileage change interval. Check the owners manual.
