My truck has around 80k on it and I have been towing a 29 food 5th wheel for the last two years. I purchased the truck used so I have no idea if the shock's are stock or not.

I have recently raised the torsion bars and I have noticed that in a turn of any sharpness causes my truck lean's alot.

Do any of you guys think new shocks will help?

Shocks slow down or regulate the speed of suspension movement but do not limit body roll. This is mainly the job of the Anti-sway bar(s). Check the front sway-bar to frame bushings and the end links for damaged or missing parts.
